Run, Bike, Swim or C2, at least 3+ Hours before or after CrossFit:
2 Rounds of 5 Min on, 2 Min off, followed by...
5 Rounds of 1 Min on, 30 sec off, All Out Efforts!
Terrain is your choice. Bike can be done using an ERG stationary bike with a wattage and distance measure, or on a bike in large chain ring with an odometer. Swim using pool or open water. C2 = Concept2 Indoor Rower.
